The Project

Procurement of a new ticketing and CRM system, which must integrate with Artifax to preserve their business functions. The team had been with the incumbant supplier for over a decade, and were looking to assess if the current supplier best met their commerical aims and organisational values. The team at B:Music all had pain points in their current processes so therefore were keen to hear ways to resolve these with the incumbant supplier or through procurement of a new supplier.

My Role

I was brought in by the wonderful Katy Raines from Indigo to support the ticketing and technical requirements of the procurement. With extensive experience in creating a connected ecosystem of technology systems my role was to help identify the critical infrastrucure and communicate that in a way that suppliers could understand and relate to their pitches.

I supported with:

PQQ responses and scoring

• Refining the requirements for the invited organisation

• Scoring of pitches

• Attending supplier presentations

• Guiding the team through system selection
